The Home Port Restaurant Is an established family restaurant in Ocean Shores. Today I I ordered a takeout shrimp Louie and it was perfect. The greens were crisp. The tomatoes were chopped perfectly, as were the hard boiled eggs and onions. The shrimp were both flavorful and plentiful. It came with good Louie dressing and a garlic-seasoned pita.

Yummy breakfast. Had the razor clams and they were awesome. Will go back ever time I come to Ocean Shores

Some friends and I stopped in at Home Port restaurant to have our last dinner in Ocean Shores for 2024. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was excellent! The chicken was large, juicy, perfectly cooked and the breading was almost nonexistent. It was served with broccoli and cauliflower and garlic Texas Toast. The meal also included a house salad that had greens, copious sliced black olives, a tomato wedge, beet slices, and a large assortment of dressing to choose from! My only complaint would have been the toast had the consistency of non-toasted bread. Disappointing. However, the meal was excellent and I was very pleased with my selection and Home Port's preparation. The staff was very professional and helpful. One word of warning: as of this review, the cooks were new and their production was very slow. Be prepared to wait for a table, but the wait was definitely worth it.

Decided to give it a try. The reviews didn't look good. Ordered 2 sirloin steaks , one with salad, one with clam chowder. I don't know what people are complaining about. The service was great, even though it was crowded the food came quick and the steaks were cooked perfect. Prices seemed fair. Really no complaints. Will definitely go back and try some seafood dishes

I've been here a couple of times with friends. They have been short staffed for months, so the wait can be an hour or more, but the food is good. They offer dishes from salads to seafood to steak to pasta. Food has been all right. Prices are a bit steep for a family style restaurant. There's a bar but haven't been in there.
